A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2013Gohap1431] On January 10, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months in Seoul High Court to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 26, 2012 at the Seoul Detention House. On October 6, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to 9 months imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and was sentenced to 10 times more.
1. At around 17:50 on October 6, 2013, the Defendant habitually saw clothes at the D's 1st underground floor of Seocho-gu C Building, Seocho-gu, the Defendant: (a) brought about the victim, who was displayed in the said store, one D's pocket book at the market price equivalent to KRW 89,000 and one's own market price of KRW 59,000, and stolen the victim's property.
2. On December 11, 2013, at around 18:40 on December 11, 2013, the Defendant habitually, displayed at the victim G-owned store located in Nowon-gu’s second floor E, the Defendant: (a) brought about the victim’s 1,00 square meters of age or 69,000 won of the market price; (b) brought about the victim’s 1 punishment of women’s her property at the 39,900 won of the market price.
3. At around 19:10 on February 28, 2014, the Defendant habitually stolen the victim’s property, i.e., the victim’s property at a 160,000 Eddives movement clothes worth KRW 160,00,000, market price of which is equivalent to KRW 95,000, market price, and KRW 29,000,000.
4. At around April 3, 2014, the Defendant habitually placed in K stores located in Gangnam-gu Seoul High Court on April 21:20, 201, five punishments and three punishments equivalent to the sum of 288,200 won owned by the above store operator, who is the victim, at K stores located in Gangnam-gu Seoul High Court, and stolen the victim’s property.

1. On December 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) entered and purchased coffee stores operated by the victim M of the first floor of the L building in Yongsan-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, on December 22, 2012, around 22:00; (b) purchased coffee; and (c) went out of the Republic of Korea.
