1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for the payment of KRW 98,670,00 and Defendant agricultural company from December 31, 2018.

According to Gap evidence No. 1, it is recognized that the Defendants agreed to pay 98,670,000 won for reinforcement and material costs to the Plaintiff on December 13, 2018 until December 30, 2018. Thus, the Defendants are obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from December 31, 2018 to June 25, 2019, when the payment order of this case was served to Defendant Incorporated Company C, from December 31, 2018, when the payment order of this case was served to the Plaintiff, until June 25, 2019, with Defendant D until April 28, 2020, and from the next day to the day of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim against the defendants shall be accepted in entirety on the grounds of the reasons.
