1. The Defendants jointly combine the Plaintiff with KRW 121,100,000 and Defendant agricultural corporation with regard thereto from December 1, 2015.

On November 27, 2015, at a par value of 65,60,00, and the due date of November 30, 2015, one promissory note, a single bank, a payment place (hereinafter “first Promissory note”) was issued on November 30, 2015, one promissory note, a single bank, and the due date of December 1, 2015 (hereinafter “second Promissory Notes”), a single bank, a payment place was issued on December 30, 201, and one promissory note, a single bank (hereinafter “second Promissory Notes”), the Defendant Incorporated Co., Ltd. issued the first and second promissory notes, with endorsement as one endorsement; the Plaintiff’s possession of the Promissory Notes as of November 30, 2015; and the Plaintiff’s refusal to pay the Promissory Notes as of December 12, 2015; or the Plaintiff’s refusal to pay the Promissory Notes as of December 4, 2015, respectively.

According to the above facts, as the issuer of the bill No. 1 and No. 2, the defendant Jeong branch Co., Ltd. is the issuer of the bill No. 1 and 2. The defendant Jong branch Co., Ltd. is jointly liable to pay to the plaintiff the total sum of KRW 121,00,000 and delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, as the plaintiff seeks, as the endorser of the bill No. 1 and 2, for the defendant Jeong branch Co., Ltd. from December 1, 2015 to January 20, 2016, on which the original copy of the payment order of this case was delivered; for the defendant Jong branch Co., Ltd., Ltd., the original copy of the payment order of this case was delivered until February 1, 2016; and for each of the following, from the next day to the date of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
