Punishment of the crime

1. Around 03:10 on April 2, 2016, the Defendant, on the victim B, arrived at a public bus terminal of the former urban bus located within 30 in the So-jin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the destination of which is the passenger taxi vehicle driven by the victim B (the age of 64).
