Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2012, at around 23:50, the Defendant: (a) laid the microphones on the floor and laid off the microphones on the ground that the Defendant attempted to sing at a stage, but the microphones do not work.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the microphones equivalent to KRW 95,00, which are owned by the victim D and damaged its utility.
