Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2, 2013, at around 22:56, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face on one occasion at the top of a bad hand while intending to sing with the victim D (the age of 51) at the Cju shop located in Chungcheongnam-gun B.
