1. The Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant)’s 285,692,510 won from the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) to November 1, 2015 to 4, 2015.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 2013, the Plaintiff was selected as a successful bidder at the bid in Seoul Meart and entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiff on the following terms: (a) the instant store and the store No. 234-11 (hereinafter “D station store”). The Plaintiff entered into the instant lease agreement with the Seoul Meart on the following terms: (b) the monthly rent contract period of the divided lease deposit KRW 422-7,150,000, KRW 3,119,400 from June 3, 2013 to July 2, 2016; (c) the Plaintiff entered into the instant lease agreement with the Plaintiff and the Seoul Meart store No. 422-82,40,000, KRW 6,800, KRW 300,000 on June 3, 2013 to KRW 360,360-31,636.36,20,301, 2036.36,24,201.

C. C. 65,140,00 won in monthly rent contract period from June 3, 2013 to October 13, 2016, clothing C. 422-8,860,000 won from June 3, 2013 to October 13, 2016: D. 234-11,6,00,000 won in convenience store from June 3, 2013 to October 13, 2016.

B. On January 10, 2014, the Plaintiff entrusted the instant store and the D Station store to the Defendant, and entered into an entrusted operation contract with respect to the instant store: (a) monthly KRW 7,200,000; and (b) monthly KRW 22,170,000 as to the D Station store; and (c) on May 31, 2013, the lease agreement between the Plaintiff and the Seoul Metro, E transferred KRW 200,000 to the Plaintiff on May 31, 2013, which is the lease agreement between the Plaintiff and the Seoul Metro; (b) thereafter, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 50,00,000 to the Defendant on July 1, 2013; and (c) KRW 8,00,000,000 on November 12, 2013; and (d) KRW 300,50,000,000,00.

3 In addition, F shall transfer the Plaintiff KRW 50 million on November 8, 2013 to the Plaintiff, and on September 8, 2014.
