A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant forced the victim B (n, 46 years of age) and the 2010-year-old relationship between her maturity and her maturity around July 2017.

On October 30, 2014, from around 14:00 to around 15:00, the Defendant, within the vehicle located at Jeju Airport located at Jeju City, the contents of the conversation divided by C professors, who are professors of the same university, such as the victim, due to the victim’s mobile phone transmission error, and recorded the contents of the conversation with a bad wheels relationship.

At around 22:00 on the same day, the defendant threatened the victim to have an inappropriate relationship with the C professor in the media and the Cheongdae, etc. on November 201, 2014, and made the victim sign his/her name on the same day, and let the victim sign his/her name on the above each letter.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim to commit an act of non-performance of obligation.

2. Intimidation;

A. B. At around 03:00 on March 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 03:00, the Defendant called the victim’s phone to the effect that “I will be subject to a disciplinary action to the extent of suspension from office when I go to the Defendant; and (b) I will know D professors if I will not submit a resignation by March 27, 201; and (c) I will talk with E (victim’s third party) in SII will look at D professors and SII will look at F (victim’s third party) in SI will do so. I will also know to the mother and father in II will know. If I will speak, I will file a petition with BI will the Ministry of Education, Cheong Man-man’s office if I want to do so.”
