Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:30 on November 16, 2013, the Defendant found the victim D (Woo, 35 years of age) located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and found the victim living together with him/her to be "any relationship with the pleon professor" for the victim who is liquidated his/her living together with him/her. When the victim's face and skes are met, the Defendant left the left-hand side of the victim in need of approximately 10 days of treatment.

A. (1) On November 18, 2013, the Defendant threatened the victim at the first floor parking lot of the building in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, 07:30, the first floor of the building “KN”, saying, “The Defendant was inside and outside of contact, was able to find it directly to the company so that he could not attend the company and directly find it.”

(2) On December 6, 2013, around 19:00, the Defendant threatened the victim with the Defendant’s passenger car in the non-economic region located in the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Green-dong, saying, “I will know how the female employees who inform the company of the nature of the teaching subjects if I do not have the her motherel, I will know how I will work for the NAF, I will know the president and know about the teaching family thesis.”

(3) Around 20:40 on December 8, 2013, the Defendant threatened the victim by saying, “F” in the coffee shop, “F” in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, demanding that the victim meet only his parents and the victim, and “I do not do so, if I do so, I do not want to spread an inappropriate relationship with the professor through the Internet, shotfing a four photograph, dismiss the professor, and attend the agricultural cooperative damage insurance.”
