1. Basic facts

A change in the ownership of real estate under the instant purchase and sale promise was made to convert H forest 29,189 square meters owned by D among the real estate subject to the instant purchase and sale promise into 29,768 square meters on April 21, 2009, and D completed the registration of the claim for ownership transfer registration on May 12, 2010 for the said real estate, which was based on the same day pre-sale agreement. The said real estate was divided into each real estate listed in the separate sheet on May 11, 201, and divided L was divided into two thousand eight hundred and twenty square meters on February 15, 201, and divided into two thousand and eight hundred and twenty square meters on the said land (N, L, and M among the above land referred to as “instant land”; and D’s entire land as “the instant pre-sale land”).
