1. Defendant A’s crime;

A. Defendant A is ambiguous to forge three copies of the monthly rent contract for detached housing under the name of F, G, and H at the office of the branch of E. On July 2014, Defendant A forged private documents using a computer on three copies of the monthly rent contract for detached housing through employees in the above name in the first place. Defendant A used the above name in the column for marking real estate; “1st floor room in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu, 20 million won” in the column for deposit; “F,” “A,” “F,” “A,” “F,” “B,” “B,” and “I” in the column for indicating real estate,” “B,” “B,” and “I” in the name of the lessee in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, and the name of the lessor in the name of the first floor, “B million won,” “B,” “B,” “B,” and “I” column in the column for indicating the real estate.

As a result, Defendant A, in collusion with the name in the name in the name of the injured party, set three separate houses monthly contracts in the name of F, G, and H, which are private documents on rights and duties for the purpose of exercising.

B. On July 11, 2014, Defendant A exercised the said investigation document by presenting three copies of each of the monthly rent contracts in the name of F, G, and H, as described in paragraph 1, at the office of K, a branch located near the JJ in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, as if it were a document duly formed.

The fraud defendant A shall present three copies of the monthly rent contract for the forged detached house as described in paragraph (2) at the time, place, and paragraph (2) to the victim L, and shall return to the lessee who resides in the house owned by the defendant A.
