On January 1, 2020, at around 04:29, the Defendant: (a) taken the victim’s gallonic image using S9 mobile phone camera, when galloning the shape of the victim as soon as possible to enter the Defendant’s sexual organ seated in his/her dwelling room in the Defendant’s dwelling located in the Glang-gun C.

나. 피고인은 2020. 1. 1. 11:47경 위 가항 기재 장소에서 피고인이 피해자의 음부를 혓바닥으로 핥고 있는 모습을 피고인 소유의 갤럭시 S9 휴대전화 카메라를 이용하여 피해자 몰래 동영상 촬영하였다.

C. On January 1, 2020, the Defendant, at the place indicated in the above paragraph (a) around 14:47, taken the victim’s gallon images using S mobile phone camera when gallons owned by the Defendant, in which the Defendant put his fingers into the part of the victim’s sound. D.

On January 1, 2020, at around 14:52, the Defendant taken a gallon image of the victim by using a cell phone camera owned by the Defendant in a place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) where the Defendant had sexual intercourse with the victim.

E. At around 14:51 on February 1, 2020, the Defendant, at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) above, taken the victim’s gallon images using S mobile phone camera when gallons owned by the Defendant.
