Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 22, 2018, around 18:40 on October 2, 2018, the Defendant, under the influence of force, obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by avoiding disturbance by, under the influence of alcohol at the “D” restaurant where the victim C works in Busan, the victim C, who took a large interest in the customer’s hair, and neglecting it.
