A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 13, 2013, around 00:45, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s bath to the victim on the ground that the victim demanded a change in the drinking value at the E main point in the operation of the victim D (n, 58 years of age) located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan, and caused the victim’s head to face with the wall by cutting the victim’s face on several occasions in drinking, and cutting down the breath.

As a result, the defendant got the victim a second string in the number of days of treatment.

2. At around 01:20 on the same day, the Defendant continued to be arrested as a flagrant offender at the front parking lot of the F District located in Busan, and entered the said F District as above, and the said G, H, and J expressed his statement about the circumstances of the instant case. By doing so, the Defendant assaulted the above G, H, and J, which is a police officer, thereby obstructing the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the 112 reported case and the arrest of flagrant offenders.
