A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 13, 2016, around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) received 112 reports to the effect that “the Defendant attempted to flee without paying a taxi fee” on the front of the Jin apartment located in Seocheon-ro 174, Seocheon-gu, Busan; and (b) prevented the Defendant, who is a public official of the police station B in the Busan Northern Police Station B of the Busan Northern Police Station, from departing from the road, on the right edge of the Defendant; and (c) obstructed the said police officer’s performance of duties concerning the handling of reporting duties.

2. The Defendant damaged public goods on the same day, around 13:40 on the same day, destroyed that he was arrested as a flagrant offender and waiting to sit in a spawn in the B district located in Busan Northern-gu by committing the above crime so that he was unable to unspawn the spawn of the spawn by making the spawn of the spawn in a way that he did not unspawn.
