1. Defendant B Council shall be the Plaintiff:

A. (1) entry of 448.79 square meters on five floors among the buildings listed in the attached Table 1 list, and 2) of the same list.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B’s Council (hereinafter “Defendant Council”) is a non-profit private organization established in 1969 for the dissemination of the community education campaign. The Plaintiff Foundation is an incorporated foundation established in 1988 for the purpose of supporting community education activities under the direction of D, which was the chairperson of the Defendant Council. The substantial portion of the revenues of the Plaintiff Foundation was the support fund of the E Group affiliated companies, and the Plaintiff Foundation used most of the above support fund to support the Defendant Council.

B. On December 15, 1994, the Plaintiff Foundation acquired the ownership of the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Council’s five-story neighborhood living facilities, business facilities, and viewing and assembly facilities (hereinafter “instant building”) with D’s aid from E-group affiliates as financial resources, and had the Defendant Council use part of the support free of charge until 2006. However, on June 1, 2006, after receiving the audit of the Seoul Office of Education, the Plaintiff Foundation concluded a lease agreement with the Defendant Council on the part of the use, and leased the remainder of the use without compensation by concluding a loan agreement with the Defendant Council.

Unless one party raises an objection in writing at least one month prior to the expiration of the lease term from June 1, 2012 to May 31, 2013, this Agreement shall be extended for one year simultaneously with the expiration of the lease term.

The 2nd floor editing room is 8.49 square meters below the ground, 2nd 8.49 square meters below the 386.74 square meters below the ground, 12.5 square meters below the 12.5 square meters below the 8.48 square meters below the media production room, from July 17, 2012 to May 31, 2013.

The contents of each loan agreement entered into between the plaintiff foundation and the defendant council are as follows.

On December 17, 2015, when the Plaintiff Foundation notified the Defendant Council of the termination of each of the above lending agreements, each of the lending agreements was terminated on December 31, 2015.

1. The 4th floor lease agreement, 2014, is prohibited from extending the appearance between the weak seasons of the leased object;
