1. Defendant B Council shall be the Plaintiff:

A. (1) entry of 448.79 square meters on five floors among the buildings listed in the attached Table 1 list, and 2) of the same list.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B’s Council (hereinafter “Defendant Council”) is a non-profit private organization established in 1969 for the dissemination of the community education campaign. The Plaintiff Foundation is an incorporated foundation established in 1988 for the purpose of supporting community education activities under the direction of D, which was the chairperson of the Defendant Council. The substantial portion of the revenues of the Plaintiff Foundation was the support fund of the E Group affiliated companies, and the Plaintiff Foundation used most of the above support fund to support the Defendant Council.

B. On December 15, 1994, the Plaintiff Foundation acquired the ownership of the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Council’s five-story neighborhood living facilities, business facilities, and viewing and assembly facilities (hereinafter “instant building”) with D’s aid from E-group affiliates as financial resources, and had the Defendant Council use part of the support free of charge until 2006.
