A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No registration number plate and seal in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall be detached, except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor or where special provisions exist in other Acts;

Nevertheless, on June 12, 2016, the Defendant removed the number plates and seals in front of the Egelfel vehicle registered in the name of the Defendant’s prone felf vehicle in the name of the Defendant’s relative felf vehicle for the purpose of attaching the unregistered vehicle owned by the Defendant to Goyang-si B.

2. Around June 25, 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and the Defendant illegally used the air signs in a manner of attaching the registration license plate of the said Egel-to-be vehicle, which was removed as indicated in the preceding paragraph, to the purpose of exercising the registration license plate of the said Egel-to-be vehicle, in front of the Non-registered vehicle under the ownership of the Defendant, and subsequent attachment of the vehicle.

3. An automobile in violation of the Automobile Management Act or an automobile in violation of the said Act shall not be operated unless it is registered in the register of automobiles;

Nevertheless, around July 3, 2016, at around 21:15, the Defendant, at the 100-meter section from the Ganyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, to the front road of “G” located in the same Gun F, performed the Defendant by attaching the foregoing unregistered air units to the vehicle of Goyangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun.
