The judgment below

Among them, the acquitted part on the provision of philophones shall be reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

1. Comprehensively taking account of the evidence submitted by the prosecutor to the gist of the grounds for appeal, the lower court found the Defendant guilty on July 11, 2016, on the following grounds: (a) around the telephone room where it is impossible to identify the trade name around the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan hotel; (b) using phiphonephones by injecting the one-time injection machine containing phiphones into Category C’s arms; (c) around September 2016, the lower court found the Defendant not guilty of the fact that the Defendant provided the Defendant with 30,000 phiphones in front of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Building and the one-time injection machine containing phiphones to C’s arms; (d) around the new wall on January 11, 2017, the lower court found the Defendant not guilty of the fact that the Defendant provided 30,000 phiphones in front of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Building and the fact that the Defendant provided 20,000 Gaphones with 16,2016.

2. Determination

A. On July 2016, the Defendant used philophones by infecting a disposable injection device with psychotropic drugs into C’s arms at a buphone room where the trade name located around the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City B hotel is unknown. Around July 2016, the Defendant used philophones by injecting it into C’s arms.

B) Around September 2016, the Defendant used philophones by inserting a disposable injection device containing philophones into Category C’s arms at the Ma room where it is impossible to identify the trade name near Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, the lower court stated that C used philophones at the investigative agency as described in this part of the facts charged, but the lower court stated that C used philophones.
