Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two years and six months and by a fine of seventy thousand won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as Arrangement, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (hereinafter “Commercial Sex Acts Advertising”), at a place where sexual traffic is arranged, and the Defendant was urged to conduct commercial sex acts as well as a separate investigation; (b) from March 2018 to August 9, 2018, the Defendant distributed advertising phrases indicating that commercial sex acts are possible to be conducted in an area where commercial sex acts are located in a high-speed line; (c) from March 3, 2018 to August 2018, the Defendant was urged to conduct commercial sex acts; and (d) from around September 2018, the Defendant received 150,000 won from a large number of men suffering from an unspecified telephone, and had the said female and the said female were allowed to engage in commercial sex acts; and (d) the Defendant received commercial sex acts to the said female and the said female members wishing to engage in commercial sex acts.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with B to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes as above.

2. No person who violates the Juvenile Protection Act shall install or distribute, without permission, any advertisement, leaflet, signboard, banner, standing signboard at a place, etc. where the public passes through, etc., which is a harmful medium to juveniles indicating the location of information, such as sexual traffic mediation or suggesting, unsound telephone services, etc., or information;
