Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2011, the Defendant was awarded a successful bid for the instant real estate site and ground building (hereinafter “instant real estate”) in the voluntary auction procedure under the name of the Defendant’s management D in the discretionary auction procedure. On June 2012, the Defendant was willing to arbitrarily change the name of the owner by using a blank paper in which he/she had a seal imprinted in advance from the said E while obtaining the consent of land use from E, the original owner of the said site and building and the owner of the building, and conducting the extension work under the said E with the consent of land use.
