Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around August 12, 2016, the Defendant was driving BMW car under the influence of alcohol of about 0.151% of blood alcohol concentration at the 1km section from the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, to the front of the next hospital, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a BMW car;

At the date referred to in paragraph (1), the defendant driving the above car at the time and driving the car at approximately 30km per hour in the direction of the distance of the next hospital in the direction of the distance of the next hospital in Gangnam-gu Seoul.
