1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

[criminal history] On February 25, 2016, Defendant A was issued a summary order that imposes a fine of five million won on the part of a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) at the Seoul Central District Court.

A. A. On June 9, 2016, the Defendant driving a ESW car around 08:00 on June 9, 2016, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (i.e., an escape vehicle) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (i.e., an accident) led the Defendant to drive the ESW car and drive the road of the GW car in front of the G in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F at approximately 50km along the speed of the new elementary school in the direction of the new history.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim H by the foregoing occupational negligence during approximately two weeks of light tensions and tensions, and at the same time, 1,041,000 won for repairing the said taxi, such as the exchange of back panions, etc., and attempted to flee without taking necessary measures, such as immediately stopping and saving the victim, even though the said rocketing car was damaged to the extent that it would amount to 600,000 won for repairing the said taxi, such as the exchange of back panions.

B. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) (A) operated the EMW car at a section of approximately 2.39 km from the G in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu to the front of G in Seocho-gu, Seoul, without a driver’s license at the time indicated in the port.
