A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had filed an application with the Gangwon Islands for a stop from entering the casino and had a mind to forge a driver's license to enter the casino in a state where no entry is possible.

1. On September 6, 2014, the Defendant forged a public document: (a) deleted the name of the driver’s license from “A” and the resident registration number C; (b) attached the film paper printed in the name column, “D” and “E” to the resident registration number column; and (c) attached the film screen paper in contact.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, has forged one driver's license for the defendant under the name of the commissioner of the Gyeongbuk Police Agency.

2. At around 11:05 on September 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) presented the forged driver’s license to the F, who was required to present an identification card from the security personnel F at the Ganwon Islands Casino Search Team located in Gangwon-do, Seowon-gun, Gangwon-do; and (b) presented it to the said F, who is aware of the real nature of the forged driver’s license.
