A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant forged public document: (a) was suspended from entering and leaving a casino in Gangwon Islands, making it impossible to enter the casino with his/her identification card; (b) requested the Defendant to issue a driver’s license in the name of B (C) with the Defendant’s photographed with the e-mail address known by the Internet search on January 1, 2013; and (c) obtained a forged driver’s license from an unqualified person.

Accordingly, the defendant forged B's driver's license in the name of the director of the Seoul Police Agency, a public document, for the purpose of uttering to others.

2. At around 10:45 on January 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) presented B’s driver’s license under the name of the head of the Seoul Senior Police Agency, as the Defendant’s driver’s license, to verify the identity of casino visitors at the entrance search stand for the entry of a casino in Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do; and (b) held the same by presenting it as the Defendant’s driver’s license.
