Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 4,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. From around 22:00 on March 20, 2014 to 22:10 on the same day, the Defendant was driving a Craton vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.086% from the 2km section of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the 57-lane of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of about 2km.

B. The Defendant: (a) stated the date and time set forth in the above paragraph 1-A; and (b) stated that, at the place set forth in the above paragraph 1-A, the lower court, as stated in the above paragraph 1-A, asked the lower-ranking staff B, who was seated, to make a statement as if he driven, and had B make a false confession.

Therefore, the Defendant made a false statement to B to E from the Seoul Gangseo Police Station affiliated to the Seoul Gangseo Police Station D, which was called the above car driver, and from the Gangseo Police Station G located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F around 22:40 on the same day, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that B driven the above car driver with the above car driver.

Accordingly, the defendant instigated the above B to escape a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

2. Defendant B, at the date and time as indicated in the above paragraph (1) above, and at the place, the Defendant did not drive the above car while under the influence of alcohol, and was asked by E of the above circumstances whether the Defendant driven the above car with the above car with the above car with the above car with the intent of driving the above car with the above car with the above car with the intent to make a false statement, and at around 22:40 on the same day, the Defendant made a false statement to the above E from Gangseo Police Station G located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seoul Metropolitan Government.

As a result, the defendant, who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment, had the above A escape.
