Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1 million.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On January 15, 2017, Defendant A: (a) 05:29, 2017, the Defendant: (b) driven a Drocketing car at the front of a high school for the movable property information industry, 51-gil, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, for the purpose of concealing a traffic accident caused by a driver of the F-cab in violation of the duty to drive safety, which did not accurately operate the steering gear and the steering system; (c) and (d) asked B to make a statement that he was killed in the said car and caused a traffic accident while driving the car; and (d) let B make a false confession.
Therefore, the Defendant had B, a police officer who could not know the name called to the place around that time, made B a traffic accident and made a false statement, and on the same day, made a false statement from the Seoul Nowon-gu Nowon-ro Seoul Nowon Police Station G to the same purpose.
As a result, the defendant instigated the above B to escape a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.
2. On January 15, 2017, around 05:29, Defendant B made a false statement to the same effect as Defendant B at the Seoul Nowon-gu Nowon-gu Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Police Station G of Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 51-gil 16, the front intersection of the movable property information industry high school, and the Defendant’s name at the site is not known even though he did not cause a traffic accident while driving a rocketing car, Defendant made a false statement to the same effect as Defendant B at the police station G of Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the same day.
As a result, the defendant, who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment, had the above A escape.
