A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2013 Highest 6869" decided to purchase smartphones that could not be sold after having been reported of loss or theft in Korea through the NAV C site. From October 2012, the Defendant tried to purchase mobile phones through a method of interesting the type, number, purchase price, etc. of mobile phones that could not open to the Republic of Korea by directly communicating with the Defendant on the bulletin board of the above site from October 2012, and allowing the seller to pay the price to the bank account designated by the seller and then send it to the "MK Air Transport".

On October 2013, the Defendant: (a) written the Defendant’s Kakakao Axo on the offsite of Mongolia with the word “all smartphone openings are inserted; (b)” as seen above; and (c) purchased KRW 140,000 from D, which was contacted through the Kakaox, with the knowledge of the fact that he was a stolen at a different place, KRW 847,00,00 of the market price of the victim’s non-owned property, with the knowledge of the fact that he was a stolen, and acquired KRW 140,00,00 of the price, which was owned by the victim, with the knowledge of the fact that he was a stolen.

From October 2012 to June 2013, the Defendant acquired stolens equivalent to KRW 36,215,000 at a total of 27 times as in the list of crimes, from around October 2012 to around June 2013.

The defendant of "2014 Highest 223" was a person who had resided in Mongolia and lost at the time of his/her opening, so he/she could not open any dog in Korea, but was able to open a middle and smartphone overseas.
