Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2020 Man-Ma554, 2020, 2020 Man-Ma554,” along with the members of the Bosping organization, who use the name “D person” for a telegram conversation (the suspension of indictment on June 11, 2020). The Defendant conspiredd to transfer the amount received from the victims to the Defendant by telephone even though he did not have the intent or ability to provide loans to the victims, not a financial institution employee. In order, the Defendant conspired to transfer the amount received from the victims to the account designated by the organization.

1. 2. On May 27, 2020, the person who was unaware of the attempted fraud was named on or around 15:25, 2020, the following facts: (a) telephone calls from the victim G even though the victim did not have the intent or ability to lend money to the victim G; and (b) falsely speaks that “Crona or 19-related micro enterprise disaster assistance funds will be given to the victim. If the employees are sent to repay the existing loan, the money will be given to the victim; and (c) the Defendant sent money to the victim; and (d) the I restaurant located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si H
