Punishment of the crime

1. On August 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) falsely stating that “D subject matter” located in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Busan; (b) even if the Defendant received investment money from the victim E (the age of 36), the Defendant would have an intent or ability to pay the interest and principal by investing the said money in the bond business; and (c) provided that “If the Plaintiff made an investment in the money play, 10% of the interest would have been paid” to the victim; and (d) then, the Defendant received money from the victim to receive KRW 50 million on the same day from the victim; and (e) received money from the victim at the same place on the 17th of the same month; and (e) acquired the interest and principal from the victim to receive KRW 17 million on the same day.”

On June 26, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the “Dju” located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul; and (b) at the “Dju” located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul; and (c) even if the victim G (nick, 32 years of age) joined the number system and received the fraternity, the Defendant would faithfully pay the fraternity to the victim despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the fraternity; and (d) by means of falsity, the Defendant would pay the fraternity in good faith to the victim;
7. The sum total of KRW 21,135,00,000 was received on June 23, 200 and acquired it by deception.
3. On August 8, 2012, the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to repay the money from the victim G even if he/she borrowed money from the victim G, the Defendant made a false statement that “if he/she borrowed money, he/she would repay the money within one week” to the victim, he/she received five million won from the victim, i.e., he/she obtained five million won from the victim.
[2014 Highest 2805] On August 8, 2013, the Defendant, in contact with the victim I at the Defendant’s home located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, for the divorce, lent money to the people who want to receive consolation money and received interest.
The principal and interest are paid within one month from the monthly interest rate of 20 to 30%.
