피고인은 2019. 9. 중순경 성명불상자(위챗 대화명 ‘B, C’)를 만나 성명불상자로부터 ‘체크카드를 정해진 장소에서 수거하여 그 체크카드에 연결된 계좌에서 현금을 인출하여 이를 지정된 계좌로 입금하면 인출금의 8%를 주겠다’는 제안을 받고 이를 승낙하여 보이스피싱 범행의 ‘카드수거책’ 및 ‘인출책’으로 가담할 것을 순차 공모하였다.
1. At around 18:37 of the same day, the Defendant, upon receiving the instructions from the winners of his name, withdrawn KRW 5,96,300 on seven occasions in total by using the above F-name G bank account linked to the above G bank account in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and then received instructions from the mutual influence exchange stations in Seoul, the Defendant’s allowances of KRW 200,000 and KRW 10,000,000.
