Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the above sentence against Defendant A.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant kept the means of access for the purpose of using the crime in collusion with the person who was not injured.

2. On April 2019, Defendant B received an advertisement that he/she would receive money from a foreign country on the site of K Job Seeking at Malaysia, and received a proposal that he/she “as soon as he/she goes to Korea and goes to Korea, he/she must first have an interview but enters Korea without an interview.”
