On February 29, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Western Branch of the Daegu District Court on November 28, 2008, and was released by Daegu Detention House on December 11, 2008, and the parole period was terminated on December 11, 2008.
