A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. 모욕 피고인은 2015. 10. 20. 20:03경 서울 광진구 C에 있는 'D' 호프집 앞 노상에서 '도로변에 어떤 아저씨가 술을 마시고 쓰러져 있다.‘는 신고를 받고 출동한 서울광진경찰서 E파출소 소속 경찰관 피해자 F, G이 피고인에게 “경찰관인데 여기서 주무시면 위험합니다. 잠깐 일어나 보세요.”라고 하자, 행인들 여러 명이 보고 있는 가운데서 “야 이 새끼야, 그냥 놔둬. 개새끼들아 꺼져, 너희들이 경찰관이냐, 새끼들아.”라고 욕을 하고, 가운데 손가락을 펴 보이는 방식으로 공연히 피해자들을 모욕하였다.
