1. 3. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2019. 7. 13. 20:32경 인천 미추홀구 I에 있는 ‘J’ 식당에서 욕을 하며 소란을 피우던 중 112 신고를 받고 출동하여 피해사실을 확인하는 인천미추홀경찰서 E지구대 소속 경장 K에게 “씨발 새끼야! 꺼져! 짭새 좆같은 새끼야! 내가 뭘 잘못 했는데 잡아가려면 잡아가라! 너네 경찰 맞냐! 씨발!” 등의 욕설을 하면서 탁자 위에 놓인 자신의 휴대전화를 집어 들어 위 K을 향해 던져 폭행하였다.
