1. On April 29, 2016, the Defendant infringed upon the residence of the victim, who was up to the third floor corridor of the victim C, through the entrance door of the household located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, and the entrance door of the household building located in Seongbuk-gu.

2. The Defendant: (a) cited one strings containing children’s toys at the market price of KRW 200,000,000, when and at the same time and place as indicated in paragraph (1) in which the victim C was placed outside the entrance of the entrance; and (b) stolen them.

3. At night, on April 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 1 at places indicated in paragraph (1) around 19:30 on April 29, 2016; and (b) 1 at the market price of 70,000, which the victim C placed in an outer corridor of the entrance door, used one Kwikset, and stolen it.

1. On April 4, 2015, around 11:00 on April 4, 2015, the Defendant stolen the victim’s E residential area located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D (hereinafter omitted), with one unfolded blue-gu and one Twit-gu, the market value, which the victim owned by the victim, who had been opened to the new building stand.

2. On November 21, 2015, around November 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into an unlocked gate at the victim G located in the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F (hereinafter omitted) around November 14:15, 2015; and (b) took one of the fluent loppy pumps at the market price, the victim’s ownership at the same place, and stolen it.
