1. As to KRW 1,281,304,348, which was concluded between the Defendant and B from May 30, 2012 to July 31, 2012.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant and B are marital relations.

B. On May 28, 2012, B sold the land of F, 265.3 square meters to C, D, and E in Busan, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the said land as the receipt of No. 30025 on July 31, 2012 by the Busan District Court’s private registry office. B and the Defendant sold one half of the above buildings on May 28, 2012 to C, D, and E, and each of the above buildings was completed on July 3024, 3025 by the same registry office.
