Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two years and two months.

70,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on May 18, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on July 4, 2018.

Although the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated psychotropic drugs as follows (one philogramopon; hereinafter “philoopon”).

1. On September 2018, the Defendant administered a philophone medication in the middle of September 2018, by inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones purchased at KRW 100,000 in cash from B on the same day from the mutual incommencing telephones located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, in a single-use injection machine, and by dilution them into his own arms.

2. Around October 2018, the Defendant, at around 22:30, 2018, administered a philophone medication by inserting approximately 0.05g of 0.05g of philophones purchased from C in a single-use 200,000 won in cash from around October 2018 to during the middle-class police officer, using a crophone injection method, dilution them with their own arms.

3. On October 26, 2018, the Defendant, at around 02:10 on October 26, 2018, administered a phiphone medication by inserting approximately 0.05 grams of phiphonephones, which were issued free of charge from E on the same day, into a single-use injection machine at the seat of the D hotel in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-nam, and then dilution them into one’s arms.

4. On November 15, 2018, the Defendant, at around 13:00 on November 15, 2018, injected 0.05g of philophones, which were delivered without compensation from C in the cross-discilized telephones located in the pre-North Korean territory, into a single-use injection machine, and dilution them with raw water, and administered them by means of injection for his arms.

5. On January 21, 2019, the Defendant of philophone medication: around 01:00 on January 21, 2019, approximately 0.05 grams out of approximately 0.7 grams of philophonephones delivered by B at the Fururon guest room in Chungcheongnam-nam, Chungcheongnam-si.
