A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding 2,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

around October 2012, the Defendant entered the check number F, the new branch and check amount of the check number F, the issuer column, the issuer column, and the issuer column in the door-to-door in the vicinity of the above door-to-door in Seoul Dongdaemun-gu, and copied the total of seven copies in the face-to-face page in the face-to-face page No. 1 in the above door-to-face page No. 1 in the list of crimes, on the part of the above household check amount received from the above E, “three million won” in the face-to-face page No. 1 in the face-to-face page No. 1 in the face-to-face page of the crime list, and “G” in the column of the payment date.
