Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Records] The Defendant was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud) at the Suwon Favour on June 19, 2015, and the same year

[Criminal facts]
1. On July 8, 2013, the Defendant, in violation of the Illegal Number Regulation Act, arbitrarily stated the amount column on the check paper ( check number D) of a branch office of a national bank C, which is indicated as the issuer’s “this industry”, in the column of the issue date of the “Won 25,000,000” in the column of the column of the issue date of “Won 27, 2013.”
Accordingly, the Defendant forged a copy of a check in the name of the industry for the purpose of exercising the right.
2. Forgery of valuable securities;
A. On July 8, 2013, at the Defendant’s residence located in Namwon-si, the Defendant arbitrarily stated the amount column by using the tamping tool on the promissory note (E) located at the center of the Government of the Republic of Korea of the Bank of Korea (Won 25,000,000), “Won 14, 2013” in the issue date column, and “on 16, 2013” in the payment date column.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the right, the Defendant forged a promissory note in the name of steel in the atmosphere.
B. On July 8, 2013, at the Defendant’s office located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant arbitrarily stated the amount column by using the scriptive tool in the face-to-face sheet (G) of the government branch of the Bank of Korea, the issuer of which is marked as the issuer’s “Yan Steel Co., Ltd.,” as “Won 25,000,000”; “ August 13, 2013”; and “ September 16, 2013” in the payment column.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the right, the Defendant forged a promissory note in the name of steel in the atmosphere.
