A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Although the Defendant did not have given birth, he forged relevant documents as if he did not have given birth, and used them to receive childbirth incentives and childcare allowances to be provided by the State or local governments.
1. Crimes related to dead-free C;
A. On July 2010, 2010, the Defendant: (a) stored the birth certificate form on the Internet while finding out the birth certificate form; (b) stated C in the column of the birth certificate as C (as of July 23, 2013, the name of the child F, the name of the child F, and F, and the name of the medical institution as of August 11, 2010; and (c) printed out the said birth certificate with the name of the hospital, the doctor’s name G, and forged one copy of the birth certificate under the name of G doctor of the same same hospital, which is a private document on the proof of the fact, for the purpose of arbitrarily affixing the official seal of the hospital and the doctor G’s seal affixed to the birth certificate printed out as above.
B. On August 23, 2010, the Defendant at the Hdong Office of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around August 23, 2010: (a) submitted a forged birth certificate as described in paragraph 1-A to the public official in charge of the name of the Dong office who is not aware of the forgery along with the birth report; and (b) issued the said birth certificate as if it were the document duly formed.

On August 23, 2010, the defendant at the above H H Dong office around August 23, 2010, and the fact that F gave birth to C does not exist, C submitted a birth report stating false facts and a forged birth certificate to a public official in charge of the above fact-finding to the public official in charge of the above public official in charge of the public official in charge, who submitted the family relation certificate of the defendant so that C can be recorded as the defendant's child.
In this regard, the defendant makes a false report to a public official and makes a false report to a family relation certificate which is the same electronic record as the original of the fairness deed.
