A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. An event, such as a false electronic record, an electronic record, etc., and a false electronic record;

A. The Defendant, in relation to the crime of false marriage reporting, proposed that he/she would make a false report of marriage with a foreign woman being employed in Korea, as if he/she were married with a foreign woman being employed in Korea, and conspired to enter into a disguised marriage with B, a female of Vietnam, who is a female of Vietnam.

On March 26, 2010, the Defendant prepared a marriage report as if he were to marry with the above B at the Mapo-gu public service center of Mapo-gu Office, Seoul Mapo-gu, Seoul, and submitted it to the public official in charge of registration of family relations in Mapo-gu, and had the above public official who is not aware of the fact that the details of the marriage report were false enter the marriage report into the family relation registration system as if the Defendant was genuinely married with B.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with B to make a false report to a public official, thereby making a false report to enter false facts in the public electronic records register system, and around that time, exercised it by keeping the family relation registration system in which such false facts are entered.

B. The Defendant and B, in relation to the false report of birth, conspired to report the birth of a woman born between the married couple of a non-explosed illegal sojournr and the Defendant and B as if they were given birth.

On August 20, 2012, the Defendant entered “E”, “A” and “B” in the birth report and the birth certificate form in the birth column in order to report the birth of unemployed female in the D office where the Defendant works in Hong-gun, Hong-gun, Hong-gun, on August 20, 2012, and asked F and G to sign the birth certificate form in the capacity of certification, and made them sign and affix their seals on the birth certificate form.

The defendant will be influence at the I community service center located in Hongsung-gun H on the same day.
