When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Building Act;

(a) A person who intends to construct or repair buildings shall obtain permission from the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu;

Nevertheless, the defendant started on October 26, 2012 and started on June 24, 2013, and obtained approval for use on June 24, 2013, without permission for the fourth-story building of the total floor area of 383.41 square meters in Dong-nam-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, dong-gu, Seoul, dong-gu, dong-gu, the same year from

Nevertheless, on December 2, 2013, the Defendant extended the total floor area of 87.10 square meters at 87.10 square meters in total, such as cement brick 3.6 square meters from the first floor of the above multi-family house, 11.25 square meters from the fourth floor, extension of reinforced concrete structure 72.25 square meters from the fifth floor.

Despite the fact that the Defendant violated the Parking Lot Act should install one parking lot per household with respect to the above multi-family house at the same date, time, and place as the above paragraph (1), the Defendant did not establish a six-year annexed parking lot for the six households added by substantial repair and extension in the above way.
