Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

(a) A person who intends to construct or repair a building in violation of the Building Act shall obtain permission from the Special Self-Governing City Mayor, the Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu. Nevertheless, the defendant shall obtain permission from the Special Self-Governing City Mayor, the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu to construct or repair a three-story building of a scale of 386.3 square meters in size, 119.72 meters in size between the first police officer of November 1, 2010 and the end of the same month, without permission from the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province, to construct a boundary wall for four households in size, to install a multi-family house for three households in which the door of a living room is removed, to construct a multi-family house for three households in size, such as a separate building, a toilet, a kitchen, and an outer entrance, and to obtain permission from the Governor of a Special Self-Governing City or a Special Self-Governing Province at least 28 meters in total area or 2.

Nevertheless, the Defendant removed stairs from the third floor without permission at the same time and place as the above 1, and made the fourth floor with the steel reinforced concrete structure installed, and extended 116 square meters residential housing by installing a room, toilet, main room, and outside entrance.

B. The Defendant violating the Parking Lot Act.

Despite the fact that one annexed parking lot per household should be established for the above multi-family house at the same date, time and place as the same as the above, there was no 6th annexed parking lot for the added six households due to substantial repairs and extension in the above way.
