A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is living together with the victim B (the age of 39) and the Defendant from March 2017 to January 2018.

It is a conflict between the Hague.

1. Around 00:00 on October 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the said vehicle by using a brick, which is a dangerous object to the victim, on the ground that “the victim promptly returns 6 million won that he/she lent to the driver; and (b) the parent would know about what he/she worked at an entertainment drinking house,” in front of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant damaged the said vehicle so that the amount equivalent to KRW 1,293,334 of the repair cost, such as the subsequent Lice C, would amount to KRW 1,293,34.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

2. The Defendant: (a) around 10:00 on January 17, 2019, at the victim’s residence in Suwon-gu Suwon-si C, the Defendant: (b) caused the victim’s desire to do so to another person; (c) caused the victim’s face to cellular phone; and (d) caused the victim’s bucks.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

3. No person shall photograph the body of a person against the will of the person subject to photographing, using a camera or any other mechanical device equipped with similar functions, which violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

Nevertheless, at around November 27, 2018, the Defendant taken photographs of the body of the victim against his will that could cause a sense of sexual shame by using smartphones with a camera function inside the Defendant’s residence of Suwon-si EtelF.

4. Intimidation.
