A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 2, 2018, the Defendant discovered the victim C (tentative name, in the vicinity of the above residence) residing in Suwon-si B B B B B B B B OO in the vicinity of the above residence, and had the victim take photographs of the body parts that may cause sexual humiliation of the victim by setting up a small camera in the victim's residence.

1. 2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On December 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 15:30 on December 13, 2018, at the victim’s residence located in Suwon-si B B B B B B B B OOO; (b) installed a small camera in the shape of the fire alarm machine at the ceiling at the victim’s seat so that the victim can live a daily life with the victim’s clothes only.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera, etc. against his will.

B. Around December 19, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime on or around December 19, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant”) and on December 19, 2018:0:43.

At the same place as Paragraph 1, a small camera in the shape of the fire alarm device was installed in the ceiling where the victim was unaware of it, and intended to photograph the body part that may cause a sense of sexual shame of the victim. However, the victim was taken in his/her usual uniform and in his/her book, and the victim did not have taken the body parts that could cause a sense of sexual humiliation of the victim, because it was not possible to have taken the body parts that could cause a sense of sexual humiliation.
