Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A, on February 4, 2010, sentenced two years and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court, and was released on January 30, 2012 at the Kimcheon Juvenile Reformatory on the parole on April 25, 2012 during the execution of the sentence, and Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court on February 4, 2010 on April 1, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence by the two prisons of Kimcheon District Court on April 201.
1.
