Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 23:00 on June 3, 2012, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s bar business by force for about 1 hour and 30 minutes of the victim’s bar business by placing an order for drinking and drinking alcohol to the other victim under the influence of the victim’s bar business, including: (a) the studio in the operation of the victim C, which is located in Kimhae-si B; and (b) the other victim under the influence of the victim’s bar business for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

2. The Defendant damaged the property by taking four glass cups owned by the said victim and two folds in a booming bridge, where it is impossible to find out the repair costs incurred in the remaining studs under the influence of alcohol on the grounds of paragraph 1, at the same time and place as that of paragraph 1.

3. When the victim E, etc. who was dispatched after receiving a report at the same date, time, place, and place as set forth in paragraph (1), investigated the details of the report to himself, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by publicly insulting the victim at a place where the victim’s business owner, etc. (i.e., “I am going to see, she sphere, sphere, and sphere,”
