Punishment of the crime

On November 3, 2017, the Defendant driven a high-speed car at C. Around 18:21, driving the front road of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D's D's building from the edge of the cancer to the tunnel, and changed the two-lane and three-lanes into the four-lane road, and continued to change the two-lane to the four-lane road in the same direction while trying to change the vehicle to the inside circulation, the Defendant E(n.e., the 30 years old) driven with the four-lane road in the same direction while driving the said car to the victim for the reason that the said vehicle does not put the above high-speed car to the victim, driving the vehicle to the two-lane road at the front of the said rocketing or the first two-lane road in the front of the said rocketing or the first two-lane road in order to stop the above two-lane road into the victim's body, and continued to stop the above two-lane road in the same way as before.

In this respect, the defendant carried a dangerous object, and threatened the victim.
