1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 27, 2017, around 15:20, the Defendant, driving a BMW car and driving the BMW car into two lanes near the D-W road located in Busan-gun C, Busan-gun, and driving the two lanes into one lane, and the victim E ( South, 51 years old) driving the car into one another.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a motor vehicle, which is a dangerous object, and threatened the victim.
