1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person married with Victim FF (38 tax) on March 2015, and the said victim’s drinking house was unfolded after marriage at ordinary times, and is going to the outside by the victim.

There was a doubt.

Around 04:00 on June 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a Gbotet car that the said victim received as gift from the said victim while under the influence of alcohol 0.115% in a state of under the influence of alcohol level 0.15%; (b) driven from the alcohol house in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Cheongdong with a view to finding the said victim from the alcohol house to the above point of view.

The defendant found that the above victim's Matts Co., Ltd. was passed by H P P Patlasa car owned by the said victim's Matts Co., Ltd. and followed.

Defendant stopped for the signal atmosphere when the above Pari car was stopped in the middle of the calendar, and it was revealed that there was suspicion of Defendant. Defendant, a dangerous object, intentionally received the back portion of the Pari car on the lane for the benri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-car driving of the Defendant, which was driven by the Defendant, and the said Pari-ri-car was driven by the victim B, who was parked in front of the vehicle.

On June 13, 2015, around 06:30, Defendant B received an investigation into the circumstances, etc. of the foregoing accident from the Seoul Gangnam-gu Police Station’s Transport Survey Team located at 114-gil 11, Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, Police Station: (a) caused the accident to be discovered; (b) Defendant B intentionally used the Defendant’s knowledge that the accident occurred; and (c) had a mind to receive the agreement more than the agreed amount.
